How do I know the rug I see online will look the same in person?
We strive to provide accurate photos, but due to lighting and screen variations, slight differences might occur. Remember, each rug is unique and handmade.

What payment methods do you accept?

Where do you ship?
We ship internationally! If you don't see your country, please e-mail us at contact@atlasouq.com and we will look into it.
How much will I have to pay in tax and Duties?
Duties do not apply to shipments within the USA.
For destinations outside the USA, all items are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the final purchase price does not include any relevant import taxes and duties. Instead, you will be invoiced by our shipping partners, FedEx or DHL, and will be responsible for all charges associated with your order.
