You may purchase from Atlasouq only for personal use. You may not resell or otherwise purchase any Atlasouq products for commercial use. Any such resale for commercial use shall be in violation of these Conditions, including the limited license set forth herein.

 

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

 

Occasionally, there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

CHOICE OF LAW

 

These Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts sitting in the County of New York in the State of New York, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
